- You are located in the United Kingdom, as we currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom

Greco Boutique is an online fashion store offering women's and men's clothing, footwear and accessories. Our store is built and hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure enabling us to sell our products to you. Shopify's own terms and privacy practices apply to their platform independently of ours.
4. Product information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, sizing information, images, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However:
- Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your monitor or device settings
- Minor variations in sizing may occur — we recommend consulting the size guide available on product pages
- We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice
- All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, limit quantities purchased per customer or household, and cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
6. Pricing and availability
All prices on our website are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice; price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for. Where a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
7. Payments
Transactions are processed securely by Shopify Payments and authorised third-party payment providers. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment card details. 8. Shipping and delivery
We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. Processing takes 1–2 business days and transit 6–8 business days via Royal Mail or Evri, giving an estimated total of 7–10 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We remain responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are handled at no cost to you. 10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including product photography, written descriptions, branding, logos, graphics, and website design — belongs to Greco Boutique or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent.
11. Prohibited use
You may not use this site for unlawful activity, violate intellectual property rights, transmit malware, harvest personal information, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use data-scraping tools. Violations may result in termination of access.
12. User submissions
By submitting content such as reviews or photos you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish it. Submissions must be your original work. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.
